LOS ANGELES – An investigation was continuing Friday into a burglary at the Los Feliz home of actor Brad Pitt, who is currently on the road promoting his latest film, “F1.”
Without identifying Pitt as the homeowner, the Los Angeles Police Department said officers responded around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a burglary at a home in the 2300 block of North Edgemont Street in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles.
According to police, the suspects entered the home — apparently by breaking a front window — and ransacked the residence before leaving with unknown items.
LAPD Officer Drake Madison said he could not identify who owned or lived in the home, and no information is currently available on what was stolen.
Pitt reportedly bought the home for $5.5 million in April 2023, according to Traded, a commercial real estate website.

“F1” stars Brad Pitt as a race-car driver who returns to Formula One after a 30-year absence to save his old teammate’s underdog squad from collapse.
The film features many real-life F1 drivers, including Lewis Hamilton, who co-produced the film.
F1 premiered on June 16 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, and was released in US theaters on June 27. It has received positive reviews from critics. (With CNS and AP)
